This is primarily a private pay telemedicine practice.


We understand that sometimes life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To provide the best care for all patients, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.


No-shows (missed appointments without notice) and cancellations less than 48 hours will be charged the full appointment fee.
